Had my first clinical experience (TERROR, sheer terror).
Got to be a part of Heather and Josh's wedding.
Drove 1639 miles across the country to visit Husband's family in humid-as-hell Sykesville, Maryland. I explored DC for the first time, saw my first fireflies, and watched a dog drink an entire can of Yuengling light. And of course, enjoyed spending time with the in-laws.
Went backpacking and awoke to a GIGANTIC spider crawling out of my pillow ... and I didn't even scream.
DOCTOR WHO. I am hooked.
Watched the Waldo Canyon wildfire spread down the mountains from our apartment porch. The sky was orangey red from the smoke and the air smelled like campfire.
Took up fishing.
Read my first graphic novel (Watchmen) and did not particularly enjoy it.
Ran the Portland Marathon with one of my best friends. It was incredibly hard, but races are addicting and I fully intend to do it again (faster).
Saw my little brother get married. I'm happy for him and his new wife. And I'm happy that he is going to start marine sniper school soon, it's always been a dream of his.
Started knitting again and actually completed a HAT! So excited to knit more hats as gifts and for myself.
Added a new member to our family: Oliver Queen Kraft (named after Green Arrow).
